We ensure, there are NO preservatives, NO MSGs and NO artificial colourings in any of our curry products. In our quest to acquire the finest flavors, we source and select ingredients that are premium quality and 100% natural. These ingredients are then cooked and packed into 5 layers of retort packing. In addition, we enact and apply stringent quality control policies to ensure the quality of the product is as advertised. We are cetified by: WCS ISO22000, WCS HACCP, GMP and HALAL(Jakim).

Tommy Miah MBE
Tommy Miah MBE is a British celebrity chef whose entrepreneurial beginnings hail from Edinburgh, Scotland. Affectionally known as the ‘Curry King’ of the UK, He has regular cookery programmes on Bangladeshi TV, Zee TV and BBC2's Working Lunch business programme in the UK. Tommy made to the Guinness Book of Record by cooking, single-handed, the world’s largest curry -- which was then sold portion by portion to visitors at a large exhibition
Tommy is the owner and founder of the award-winning Raj Restaurant serving authentic and mouth-watering South Asian cuisines out of Edinburgh for the past 30 years. Tommy also owns the Raj Hotel in Edinburgh, the UK’s first Indian-themed hotel, with its opening in 2000 the Raj Hotel conjures to its guests images of elegance and opulence of bygone days. Through these ventures, Tommy has also opened the Tommy Miah’s Hospitality Management Institute in Dhaka, India and founded the International Indian Chef of the Year Competition – providing excellent opportunities for budding chefs, entrepreneurs, and students within the industry.
He has written five recipe books for UK charities -- one with a foreword by the Duchess of York and the most recent with a foreword by HM Queen Elizabeth. Hi has produced a cookery book to encourage literacy and numeracy among school children and a sellout success with "Healthy Recipes" for the leading Cholera Hospital. Another book "Kitchen Doctor" -- cookery for diabetics-- is on the verge of publication.
Because of his achievements, be it entrepreneurial or philanthropical, Tommy has been awarded the MBE [Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire] by the Queen Elizaberth for his contributions to British Culinary Arts and is also an FRSA [Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
